Lovebirds

Lovebirds

These beautiful intelligent birds range in colour and mutation. Nine subspecies to be precise. They make fantastic beginner birds but require stimulation. Social and affectionate when tame. Despite their name they have a tendency to be spiteful towards other birds so mixing with other species isn’t really advised.
Lovebirds are best kept in pairs but can also live solo.
The colours on them is fantastic, bright and just beautiful. These are best kept as pets or in a colony of just lovebirds, sexing is not easy on these but can be done.
