Small Parakeet

Small Parakeet

What is a parakeet? A broad term used for a bright, small parrot with a long tail. Most small parakeets will happily live with other species. There are however exceptions. Parakeets have very similar needs in terms of looking after. Parakeets are naturally active and like to stay busy, some will climb, jump, fly but they do like toys that stimulate and prevent boredom.
